This Sunflower variety produces fully double, golden reflexed blooms which contrast with unusual green/bronze central crests to give a catherine wheel appearance.

The large flower heads are produced on strong, upright stems and are ideal for cutting as they are pollen-free. You can also harvest your own edible seeds from the mature flower heads to try in salads and baking.
