Potato acoustic is an excellent all-rounder variety. If chosen to be harvested as a second-early the texture is waxy and perfect for salads and boiling.

If left longer and harvested later in the season the texture matures to become more floury, perfect for chips, baking, mashing and roasting.

Acoustic is highly resistant to diseases and produces high yields of round potatoes with pale-yellow flesh and a superb taste.
